Companies that don’t have purpose ultimately fail. Some brands with prime consideration on product and price and not on purpose are no longer in the market.

If a brand wants to be in the Inner Circle, that brands needs to:

  1. Understand the consumers;
  2. Surprise and delight them; and
  3. Be useful and have a purpose.

In the years to come, price will no longer be the primary competitor but the customer experience.
